We ship all toy orders within 3 working days with Royal Mail. The estimated shipping time is between 24 hours to 5 working days (10 working days for international orders). We cannot be held accountable for delays once the parcel has left us, but if it is delayed by more than 10 working days (or 30 working days for international) in addition to your chosen shipping method, please contact us for a replacement.
